TECHNOLOGY SERVICES > SPAM REPORTS
You can view currently held SPAM messages on the daily SPAM report by clicking "view CURRENT messages held as spam".
The spam report allows you to quickly view the previous day's messages that were considered SPAM. The report has links that allow you to "forward" and/or "whitelist" any legitimate messages.
Tip: Viewing the emailed report in HTML format (images allowed) makes it much easier to read. Most email programs show HTML already but if you are using our district webmail, you can enable HTML by going to Options, Display Preferences, under Message Display and Composition, select "Yes" on "Show HTML Version by Default", scroll down and click "Submit". This will enable email images to appear.
