On behalf of the San Marino Unified School District, thank
you for visiting our comprehensive District website. As you will quickly
discover, the SMUSD is one of the finest public school districts in
California. We are fortunate to live in a community that values education
and supports our efforts and our students’ efforts to achieve greatness.

people responsible for the District’s overall success. From our spirited
visual and performing arts programs, to our rigorous academic programs, to
our excellence in athletics, we expect our students to ready themselves to
compete on a national and global level. Our fundamental purpose is to
encourage students to develop their intellectual, social, and personal
